Anonymous purchase identifiers used to manage your premium status are retained securely by our billing provider, RevenueCat, for as long as your subscription is active, ensuring you have continuous access to your purchases. This data does not contain your name, email, or payment details.
How to request deletion: If you wish to request the deletion of your anonymous subscription identifier from our billing provider, please email us at support@suresupply.com with your request, and we will process the deletion with our provider.
